Mushroom Duxelle Station
Our Chef will sauté' Mushroom Duxelle and serve it to guests with a Slice of Chilled Certified Angus Beef Tenderloin topped with horseradish aioli.

Smashed Potato Martini Bar
Our Chefs will serve each guest Yukon Gold Smashed Potatoes in a Martini Glass and let them top the Potatoes with Beef Stroganoff, Teriyaki Chicken, Butter, Sour Cream, and Chives or the works!

Steak and Mushroom Kabobs
Our Chef will Sautéed Marinated Certified Angus Beef and Mushrooms and serve them to your guests as kabobs.

Steak Quesadilla Station
Our Chef will prepare Marinated Certified Angus Beef and Roasted Vegetable Quesadillas for your guests and serve them with Salsa Fresca and Sour Cream.

Quesadillas
Our Chef will prepare Roasted Vegetable and Chicken Quesadillas for your guests and serve them Salsa Fresca and Sour Cream.

Seafood Martini Bar
Our Chef will prepare a Seafood Cocktail with Scallop Ceviche topped with Prawns and Crab Claw in a Martini Glass.

Corn Cake Action Station
Our Chef will cook Corn Cakes and guests will top them with Pineapple Salsa, Leaping Lizard Sauce, Tomato Salsa Fresca and/or Sour Cream with Chives.

Smoked Trout Cakes
We will pan fry our famous Smoked Trout Cakes for each guest and serve them with Rosemary Horseradish.

Prime Rib Carving Station
Hand Carved Slow Roast Prime Rib of Beef served with Horseradish and Freshly Baked Rolls and Butter

Chef's Italian Evening

Interactive Pasta Entree Station
Our Chefs will prepare each guests Pasta Entree using: Penne and Bow Tie Pasta, Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce, Hearty Marinara Sauce, Diced Breast of Chicken, Mushrooms, Broccoli and Sautéed Vegetables, Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese

Crustini with Herb Cream Cheese
Warm Garlic Bread with Butter
Classic Caesar Salad
Garden Vegetable Tray with Roasted Vegetable Dip

price range: $3.00 to $25.00 per person
