With more than 50 years of combined experience, Kathy J. Green and Chef Andy Craig have a reputation for uncompromising quality in food and service. From specialty linen to flaming desserts, our creative team is anxious to design your next event. Great Food Chef Andy Craig has developed a grand repertoire of Pacific Northwest foods that we enjoy pairing with local wines. He meets with local wine makers to pair new food creations with their latest release. Our proximity to fresh Columbia Basin ingredients ensures our ability to deliver the best product to your table. We team with our suppliers to bring our guests the highest quality as witnessed with our involvement in the Certified Angus Beef program (we only serve certified angus beef). Our culinary staff includes our baker/pastry chef, who does extraordinary delights. Vision and Service We are caterers because we enjoy creating each event from the bottom up. When planning an event, our hosts begin with a vision and our goal is to complete that vision both through food and décor. This concept is true for all events from the simple to most complex. All of our menus are samples as we believe that creating the right menu and service for your event is paramount. We maintain a high degree of professionalism while delivering outstanding service and fantastic food.
